What is the return policy?

We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery of your order. First, let us know you'd like to start the returns process by logging in to your HP Dev One account and submitting a support ticket. Then, we'll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and email you a return label. You'll be able to track the progress of your return within your HP Dev One account. Keep in mind, only items purchased directly from hpdevone.com can be returned. We can only accept returns for HP Dev One and HP Dev One accessories sold from the hpdevone.com website. Software downloads and upgrades are not returnable; HP reserves the right to deny any returns in circumstances involving repeated returns or other abuse.
