Returns
We understand that in some cases, you may need to cancel or return your order.
Need to cancel? Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of purchase without any penalty or charge. To cancel, click the "Manage Order" link on the order confirmation page, click the "View & Manage Order" button in your order confirmation email, or log in to your account directly at hpdevone.com. You'll find the "Cancel Order" button in the Order History section.
Keep in mind, you must cancel the entire order, you cannot cancel individual items within your order. Only items purchased directly from hpdevone.com can be canceled. We cannot cancel orders for items from the HP Online Store, HP Parts Store, HP Technical Support, HP retailers, or repairs.
Need to return your order? We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery of your order. First, let us know you'd like to start the returns process by logging in to your HP Dev One account and submitting a support ticket. Then, we'll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and email you a return label. You'll be able to track the progress of your return within your HP Dev One account.
Keep in mind, only items that have been purchased directly from hpdevone.com can be returned. We can only accept returns for HP Dev One and HP Dev One accessories sold from the hpdevone.com website. Software downloads and upgrades are not returnable; HP reserves the right to deny any returns in circumstances involving repeated returns or other abuse.
Waiting on a refund? Not to worry, we're on it! You can track the progress of your return by logging in to your HP Dev One account. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll initiate a refund of the purchase price to your original form of payment. Please allow us up to 10 business days to complete the inspection. Once completed, you'll receive an email confirming your refund.
