My order arrived and something is physically damaged, how do I get a replacement?
If your order arrives in a damaged box and/or the product has physical damage, the warranty has you covered! Please contact our support team right away by submitting a support ticket. You'll want to take pictures of any damage to share with our team as well. Please create an account or log in to initiate a support ticket within your Dashboard.
