How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of purchase without any penalty or charge. To cancel, click the "Manage Order" link on the order confirmation page, click the "View & Manage Order" button in your order confirmation email, or log in to your account directly at hpdevone.com. You'll find the "Cancel Order" button in the Order History section. Keep in mind, you must cancel the entire order, you cannot cancel individual items within your order. Only items purchased directly from hpdevone.com can be canceled. We cannot cancel orders for items from the HP Online Store, HP Parts Store, HP Technical Support, HP retailers, or repairs.
